Wise Responder Action Kit (WiRe) is a set of tools that enables companies to understand the multidimensional well-being of their employees and manage programs to improve their quality of life.
The Action Kit offer a comprehensive service that quantifies and maximizes the social impact of corporate actions.
Through in-depth data analysis and strategic social planning, “WiRe” helps companies focus their efforts and invest resources efficiently.
The Wise Responder Action Kit is composed of three parts:
1. TECHNICAL ADVISORY
2. MULTIDIMENSIONAL WELL-BEING SURVEY
A robust digital survey based on poverty and well-being metrics.
3. TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM
A platform built on Salesforce, directly connected to the survey, enabling companies to manage measurement, data analysis, target group prioritization, social program monitoring, impact assessment, and more.
Create a Graphic System to Organize Questionnaire Reports inside the WiRe Platform.
Users faced significant friction in generating and understanding reports, leading to low engagement. The main pain points included:
Confusion in report creation: Users were unsure how to structure and generate reports from survey data.
Lack of intuitive organization: Survey data was available, but there was no clear system to access, compare, or track progress over time.
Low autonomy: Users rarely created reports independently, relying heavily on support.
To enhance usability and engagement, it was designed a visual report management system with:
A structured, easy-to-navigate dashboard organizing reports by category (education, health, employment, etc.).
Pre-built report templates to simplify report generation and encourage autonomy.
Guided workflows with step-by-step prompts to assist users in creating and tracking reports effortlessly.
As a UX/UI Designer, my role was to research, define, and design a user-friendly solution to streamline report generation within the WiRe platform.
On the UX side, I conducted a thorough analysis of user pain points, identifying key challenges such as confusion in report creation, lack of intuitive organization, and low user autonomy. I focused on understanding user needs and behaviors to ensure the solution would enhance engagement and efficiency.
On the UI side, I designed a structured and visually intuitive system that simplified report creation. This included developing a clear navigation structure, pre-built report templates, and data visualization elements to improve readability. I also incorporated guided workflows to enhance usability and ensure a seamless experience.
Through a user-centered approach, I created a solution that empowers users to easily generate, analyze, and track reports, making data-driven decisions more accessible and efficient.
By redesigning the report generation experience in the WiRe platform, we achieved significant improvements in usability, efficiency, and user engagement.
Increased Autonomy: Users were able to generate reports independently, reducing reliance on support teams.
Simplified Workflow: The introduction of pre-built templates and guided steps made the process intuitive and user-friendly.
Enhanced Data Accessibility: Clear visualizations (charts, progress indicators, and key insights) made it easier for users to interpret survey results and track improvements over time.
Higher Engagement: The structured system encouraged users to explore reports more frequently, leading to better data-driven decision-making.
This transformation not only optimized the user experience but also improved the platform’s overall impact by making social data more actionable and accessible.
