Wise Responder Action Kit (WiRe) is a toolkit that helps companies understand their employees’ overall well-being and run programs to improve their quality of life.

It also measures the social impact of company actions and helps boost it.

Using detailed data and smart planning, WiRe guides companies to focus their efforts and use their resources more effectively.

The Wise Responder Action Kit has three main parts:

1. Technical Advisory – Expert guidance and support.

2. Well-Being Survey – A strong digital survey that measures poverty and well-being.

3. Technology Platform – A Salesforce-based platform linked to the survey. It helps companies track data, set priorities, manage social programs, measure impact, and more.

UX/UI Designer

I transformed complex report generation in WiRe into a simple, intuitive journey with smart templates, clear navigation, and guided workflows that empower users to move fast and make smarter decisions.

THE CHALLEGE

Create a Graphic System to Organize Questionnaire Reports inside the WiRe Platform.

Users faced significant friction in generating and understanding reports, leading to low engagement. The main pain points included:

• Confusion in report creation: Users were unsure how to structure and generate reports from survey data.

• Lack of intuitive organization: Survey data was available, but there was no clear system to access, compare, or track progress over time.

• Low autonomy: Users rarely created reports independently, relying heavily on support.

THE UX-UI SOLUTION

To enhance usability and engagement, it was designed a visual report management system with:

• A structured, easy-to-navigate dashboard organizing reports by category (education, health, employment, etc.).

• Pre-built report templates to simplify report generation and encourage autonomy.

• Guided workflows with step-by-step prompts to assist users in creating and tracking reports effortlessly.

THE RESULTS

By redesigning the report generation experience in the WiRe platform, we achieved significant improvements in usability, efficiency, and user engagement.

• Increased Autonomy: Users were able to generate reports independently, reducing reliance on support teams.

• Simplified Workflow: The introduction of pre-built templates and guided steps made the process intuitive and user-friendly.

• Enhanced Data Accessibility: Clear visualizations (charts, progress indicators, and key insights) made it easier for users to interpret survey results and track improvements over time.

• Higher Engagement: The structured system encouraged users to explore reports more frequently, leading to better data-driven decision-making.
